Working closely with his family—his mother Nora and brother Rafael—Edwin cultivates varieties like Colombia and Castillo, refining every step from fermentation to drying to ensure a clean, flavorful cup.
His pursuit of quality goes hand-in-hand with his deep-rooted connection to his community. As a leader, Edwin shares knowledge, resources, and transportation to support fellow farmers. In the face of climate challenges, he’s adopting resilient crops and investing in infrastructure to grow responsibly.
This Castillo and Colombia blend of varietals tastes like rhubarb, ripe pineapple, strawberry, and melon. It was fermented for 90 hours before being dried as a natural.
