Program Summary
At The Colombian, our goal is simple: to bring the warmth and care of a specialty coffee experience into your workplace. We handle everything—so you don’t have to. From delivering freshly roasted coffee to installing a beautiful, easy-to-use machine, we create an office coffee setup that your team will actually enjoy. Our approach is rooted in hospitality. We keep you stocked, listen to what your staff actually want, and tailor everything to fit your team. The result? A more connected, energized workplace—and a daily ritual your people look forward to.
Our Story
In 2016, co-founders Santiago and Kristin visited Santiago’s home country of Colombia and spent time with his uncle Felipe, who owns a small coffee farm in the mountains. Inspired to share their family coffee, they brought the beans back to Canada and started roasting in Edmonton. What started at local farmers markets in 2017 has grown into a team of over 60 passionate coffee professionals, six cafés, a mobile coffee truck, and a bakery. We still roast daily in Glenora, and we still use Felipe’s beans—alongside coffee from other small Colombian producers we know and respect.
Our mission is simple: to make people feel valued through the everyday moments we all share over a great cup of coffee. We’re here to bring that same energy into your workplace.
