This is another exceptional coffee from Jhoan Vergara of Finca Las Flores in Huila, Colombia. Jhoan and Santiago have worked together on many different lots of coffee and this one was one of the selections for competition this year. Our team recently placed 5th and 6th in Canada at the National Barista Championship with different varieties of Jhoan's coffees.
