Siesta is our decaf coffee that proves great coffee doesn’t need caffeine to be satisfying. Sourced from independent smallholder farmers in Nariño, Colombia, this coffee showcases the sweetness and balance that Colombian coffees are known for.

We serve Siesta on bar at all seven of our coffee shops, and the response is always the same: people are surprised it’s decaf. Carefully selected and washed-processed, this coffee retains the character and flavour complexity you’d expect from a great cup of coffee.

In the cup, you’ll find comforting notes of brown sugar and white chocolate with a gentle red apple brightness that keeps the profile lively and balanced. The body is smooth and rounded, making it just as enjoyable black as it is with milk.

Whether brewed as drip, espresso, French press, or pour-over, Siesta delivers a delicious cup any time of day, especially when it’s time to slow down.
