Horsepower is our seasonal release, celebrating the vibrant flavours of Huila, Colombia. Originally launched in 2021, it has become a fan favourite for its lively fruit character and sweet, clean profile.

This blend features a Pink Bourbon varietal from producers we work with directly, whose dedication to quality shines in every cup. The extended fermentation natural process enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness and bright fruit flavours, creating a playful and expressive coffee experience.

In the cup, Horsepower is aromatic and lively, with notes of black currant, mandarin orange, peach syrup, and subtle hints of oolong tea. Its silky body and balanced acidity make it a clean, sweet, and memorable cup. Limited in availability, this small-lot coffee is roasted with care to highlight the best characteristics of each harvest.
