The Story of Coffee!
Join us for an immersive 1.5-hour experience that brings coffee’s journey to life—from seed to roast. In this guided class, you’ll explore the seven stages of coffee, learn how processing methods and varietals shape flavour, and gain a foundation in coffee tasting skills.
Along the way, you’ll experience intentional coffee and Colombian pastry pairings designed to highlight how flavour works across both cup and plate. We’ll share insight into Colombian coffee culture, our approach to roasting, and how coffee comes to life at The Colombian—from our farm to your cup.
Whether you’re new to coffee or simply curious to learn more, this class is designed to be approachable, engaging, and delicious. Each participant will leave with a bag of our coffee to continue the experience at home.
