Fabio Oviedo Gonzalez is from the town of Palermo in Northern Huila. His farm is called La Esperanza and sits between 1700-1800masl. His passion is to cultivate coffee and he has been doing this most of his 62 years of life.

This coffee had a dried fermentation which means that no water was used during the fermentation process. Then it was de-pulped and washed to increase sweetness and body in this coffee.
