Jose's farm is from a region we often buy from: Yacuanquer, Narino, Colombia. His 2000m elevation farm is where he lives with his wife, Maria Isabel Saez, and his daughter, Paola. They farm the 4.4 hectare land together and have put a lot of work into improving quality over the 37 years cultivating it. Years ago, Jose pictured coffee trees growing alongside avocado trees and guava. Now, his farm, El Bosque, is a thriving ecosystem with his dreams realized.

This blend of Caturra and Cenicafe 1 varietals has been dry fermented for 18-24 hours, then de-pulped and washed before being dried on patios for 10-15 days.
