This coffee is from a group of women producers who are working together to find an international market for their coffee. They established a larger community by cultivating their smaller plots of land, just a few acres in size, and coming together to create one lot. Their collaboration produces a delicious community blend. Each producer has her own micromill to depulp, ferment and wash her own cherries. The cherries are then washed and dried on raised beds.
