Santiago placed 6th in Canada at the Canadian National Barista Championship with this exceptional coffee. This Gesha varietal was grown by Santiago's Uncle Felipe on the family farm in Colombia. It has a classic Gesha profile, super delicate and floral and tastes like Bergamot, Hibiscus and Green Tea. This is the first harvest of this exclusive, difficult-to-grow varietal from Felipe and we are so excited to see how this lot will continue to develop in the future!
We have both Felipe's Gesha competition lot and his La familia lot on the shelf at the same time and rarely do we get to try same farm, different varietal!
