We are very excited to feature a coffee from Costa Rica! Danilo Salazar has been producing coffee for over 50 years on his 30-acre farm. His dedication to exploring various processing techniques in the West Valley of Costa Rica in the province of Alajuela really shows in this naturally processed coffee. He works with his son Pablo Andres together on their own micro-mill. Pablo Andres has really inspired and driven his innovation in processing methods on his farm, and led to this meticulously dried and executed coffee. It's a really high quality natural, meaning they do not need to wash this coffee, reducing the environmental impact.
