Our Apothecary Collection is comprised of three coffees we bought while in Colombia in September from two young producers who are chemists in their own right- producers dedicated to producing delicious, high end coffees with innovative processing methods which enhance the flavour profiles and really showcase the attributes of the region and varietals.
Nestor Lasso is a creative producer who started out working in a bodega hauling bags of coffee to currently being one of the most cutting edge producers in Huila, Colombia. Nestor used an experimental process on this coffee that we are not privy to reveal but can guarantee that it has produced an unreal flavour experience. This coffee is delicate, floral and very, very sweet.
Each jar holds 180g beans.
