Our Apothecary Collection is comprised of three coffees we bought while in Colombia in September from two young producers who are chemists in their own right- producers dedicated to producing delicious, high end coffees with innovative processing methods which enhance the flavour profiles and really showcase the attributes of the region and varietals. In this bundle, you will receive all three coffees in this collection.

Jhoan Vergara puts an immense amount of effort and care into his coffee. In fact, his farm is one of the most impressive coffee farms Santiago has visited. This varietal, Caturra Chiroso is a mutation that happened in Antioquia. Jhoan planted some on his farm and with the beautiful characteristics of coffees grown in Southern Colombia, paired with his careful processing, this vibrant and tropical coffee will blow your mind.

Nestor Lasso is a creative producer who started out working in a bodega hauling bags of coffee to currently being one of the most cutting edge producers in Huila, Colombia. Ombligon is a varietal native to Colombia and is super complex with so many fruity flavours. This coffee is tropical, boozy and oh so juicy.

Nestor Lasso is a creative producer who started out working in a bodega hauling bags of coffee to currently being one of the most cutting edge producers in Huila, Colombia. Nestor used an experimental process on this coffee that we are not privy to reveal but can guarantee that it has produced an unreal flavour experience. This coffee is delicate, floral and very, very sweet.
